This was an unusual setup. This is actually a small LPG cylinder to drive that moped. This is unapproved and illegal. But who cares. We find such unusual things here. Diesel engine motorbikes too. Diesel used to be heavily subsidised and petrol wasn't. But diesel is no longer subsidised but LPG is and I suspect the cylinder is meant for domestic use only.
